Our Team

David Gamble
Founder and CEO
David is a business leader with a background in policy development, business analysis, academia, and business coaching. He is an alumnus of UWO and UNBC, earning graduate degrees from both institutions.
David’s experiences working at large, international firms with projects in a variety of business areas, including HSEOI and procurement, has helped him meet the needs of large clients. His volunteer activities on several nonprofit boards, including the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada, the Cochrane Society for Housing Options, and the Canadian Club of London, have ensured that he has been able not only to give back, but also to meet the needs of smaller firms. David brings this broad experience to all of his endeavours.
When he isn’t working, David spends time with his two kids and cat. He also enjoys singing and dancing, never turning down an opportunity for karaoke.

Dan Lebsack
Chief Engineer
At Dandly, all engineering-related work is done with Dan’s oversight. Dan either reviews the work or designates someone with the appropriate expertise to do so, which ensures consistency and high quality.
Dan has spent over 40 years in the petrochemical industry and is passionate about keeping everyone safe and healthy and protecting the environment. He is a PE (Professional Engineer) in the state of Texas and a P.Eng. in Alberta, Canada. He’s lived in both Canada and the US and has worked in over 14 countries on an off shore.
A fun fact about Dan: he was a volunteer firefighter at the refinery he worked at as well as for his local community and has conducted CPR at least 15 times.
